Description] Newly opened in July 2022, this is a high-end yakiniku restaurant.
We ask you to cook course meals that allow you to fully enjoy Furano Wagyu as well as side dishes that bring out the best of Furano Wagyu.
In developing new menu items, we will make full use of various techniques such as Japanese, French, Italian, Chinese, and creative cuisine, and combine them with all kinds of ingredients to develop and offer dishes that will delight and surprise our customers. There are no rules when it comes to menus that make the most of Furano Wagyu.

The newly hired staff will be a core member of our first store in Tokyo. We will support each other to create a better restaurant. As we expand our brand in the future, there will be opportunities for career advancement, such as becoming a head chef or even a manager!
